culinary update

Hello friends,
last night we had the mosses wedding, a rception style menu with live stations stay tune for the pictures, we had great coments and we had a lot of fun executing this wedding.

I will also post pictures of our new (herb garden), thats right! our very own herb garden on the property of Hilton Trinidad! now we can pick our own herbs when we want to, now thats fresh cooking!

    Thank you for the comment. We have 15 varieties of herbs growing in our garden:

    1. Chives
    2. Rosemary
    3. Fine Thyme
    4. Sweet Lemon Basil
    5. Sweet Basil
    6. Orange Mint
    7. Chocolate Mint
    8. Peppermint
    9. Flat left Parsley
    10. Curly Leaf Parsley
    11. Orange Basil
    12. Cinnamon Basil
    13. Tarragon
    14. Celery
    15. Purple Basil

  3. I think you got the Basil and Mint thing covered. It doesn't get fresher than your own backyard.

  5. Hi you have to be careful, that the people dont pluck all the herb plants out and steal them cos thats what happened when i had planted basil, and thyme, on the way to the health club in the small veg patch there.Had planted rosemary and kaffir lime near the tennis courts too.

    i know what you are saying thats why i put it by the restaurant so that many of us can keep an eye on it, also we have to be carefull with people smoking to close to it.
